I was very ill, it got seen on the first occasion, and was asked to contact again if I am still not well. I contacted the surgery and at 8am got told there are no appointments, that 111 had access to additional appointments at the surgery. call 111, and they referred me to the ambulance service. they called and said, I did not need an ambulance, that my surgery needed to check and give me more medication. they contacted the surgery and a message was left on my phone that I needed to call the following morning to get an appointment, even after being told by the paramedics that I needed to be seen that day. called the surgery and only thing they say call 111, finally called 111 by then my condition got worst as no one was listening to me, they gave me an appointment with the emergency GP. they then gave me the medication. I have called the surgery again today, got told I will get a call back from someone, one called, so I called at 5pm, to be told that someone tried contacting me. which was incorrect as I had my phone with me the whole time, so got told there are no more spaces call back tomorrow morning. the receptionists have no care at all. and when you say you want to speak to the practice manager, they do not let you talk to them and say you have to complain online, but their procedure says to speak to the practice manager. useless, no care in the world for them.

The receptionist is always rude and never answers the query and when I need any help or an appointment I get anxious and anxiety to ask. I have a lot of health issues most of the time I ignore my health and don't go to the GP which is not good for the long term. If I have an appointment they ask me to wait a whole day to get a call from the nurse and this has been over a year since I have not seen any doctor in the GP

Hi, I was calling for several days to get an appointment and after half an hour waiting they told me to call tomorrow like this every day. That inaceptable I got complication with my blood sugaR that the day.

After just recently moving to Luton my family and I were in need of a new GP and had read good reviews on this surgery. On contacting we were told we had to come by and register between specific times only and only on weekdays. With my kids at school and my husband and I working in London this proved difficult. We took a day off work and had the kids home and my husband went to the practice to collect the forms early morning. To fill in. We then rushed to complete the long forms and attended the surgery to register in the given time. When we got there we had to wait 15 minutes only to reach the reception as be confronted by 2 very rude receptionists who said we’re too late and to register 4 of us would take too long and they have other work to do. An utter disappointment and lack of help from this surgery. We were so gutted and it wasted our time. Worst experience on a first try at registration somewhere. We work in emergency services too and it is very disheartening to be turned away when you followed the correct instructions given. We left and will never register there nor advise anyone else. Absolutely terrible.

Getting to see a doctor in this practice is a miracle. I have experienced about 6 different practices in the last 8 years and this is for sure the worst or between 2 worst. NHS system in England has become a patients ki system, denying to people the chance to see a doctor and consulting about conditions and allowing these conditions in many cases to grow until is too late. They make it so difficult for people to get an appointment that people finally give up and continue to live with worst and worst quality of life and more and more weak health. You need to call between 2 time slots which is an absolutely shameful system. Is basically thousands of people calling and fighting to get an appointment to see a doctor in a supossedly advanced society. And if you are lucky you get an appointment then some doctor ( aparently ) will call you whenever they wish or if they wish and if you are lucky enogh to take the phone call when they call you ( because they dont tell you when they will call) is just to talk to sommeone and explaining the reason ( on a phone call!!! ). Is a third world practice on a third world country. Absolutely shameful and run by people with no soul and no human values nor any kind of empathy. Only this way can I explain how on earth someone would be able to stand this situation on sick people just asking for support.

I have been a patient at the Medici Medical Centre for 10 years. Their service has always been excellent. Recently I had an issue and I called st the opening time of 8:30 and was placed in the queue. In 5 min. I had the receptionist on the line and 2 hrs later the Dr called and interviewed me and had ordered blood tests. I find them an efficient, caring and efficient surgery. I am very grateful for their care.
