Firstly why is this practice only telephone appointments when covid is completely over, and everything is via telephone? Secondly, I call to ask about changing my contraception - told the nurse is on holiday and wait a month to speak to her and then was told she can’t do the procedure of changing a coil on the premises when I was originally told they still offer this service in house. I know can’t get an appointment at a family planning clinic all the way past September and haven’t managed to book one yet. Absolutely ridiculous

May we please inform you that for the last year we have been completely back to post covid working processes, and patients now have the choice to be seen face to face or opt for a telephone consultation which still is a very popular option for working patients. Always kind, helpful and the routine check up I had on the 8/8/24 was exceptional. The Microfaculty is thorough and always makes sure that I’m on the right track, which gives me great peace of mind. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication to patient care are truly outstanding. If you’re looking for a GP who truly cares about their patients and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend this surgery. They have made a significant positive impact on my health, and I’m grateful to have them as my doctor. Thank you.

It was easy to contact and arrange an appointment with my GP. The consultation process was seamless, polite and professional. The issue was diagnosed, treatment discussed and actioned in an efficient and mindful to my needs with the prognosis well explained.

I am a new patient that's just finished cancer treatment, I was sent for blood test and most of the results came back abnormal I have tried to get appointment to speak about these tests and told by the reception staff the appointment is a week away I explained that due to my recent cancer scare I'm feeling absolutely terrified and cannot wait a week to speak to a doctor about the results to witch the response I got was as I'm a new patient I have no choice, sorry I can't understand what being a new patient has to do with it I'm a patient at that surgery new or old think the reception staff need more training with how they treat people.

Good morning I am sorry you have not had the experience we hope to provide. If you wish to speak to a manager please either call the surgery or email us on nelondonicb.microfaculty@nhs.net requesting a call back from management team and we will try and resolve for you. I would say if our GP requested you to book a non urgent appointment relating to recent tests it will be noting urgent. All urgent requests are dealt with immediately by the GP reading the results. The staff went ‘over and above’ to make sure I got the treatment I needed. In my particular case he didn’t have to, as I wasn’t a registered patient at the practice but I was very impressed with the helpfulness and understanding of the receptionist and Dr.

i was seen on time. the nurse was very pleasant, she made sure to explain everything. i was also given all that i needed for my next blood/urine test.
