    Having recently moved to Wales and registering with a new practice, my new practice has contacted The Mill to obtain medical records for myself and my wife. This was 5th July; as of 14th August they are still awaiting them. We are now deregistered with The Mill but are in limbo as we cannot obtain repeat medication until such time as the medical summary is sent to the new practice. Having contacted the Mill several times, we are told it's out of their hands as they are waiting for the England health authority to give permission to send the file. Our new practice has requested a medical summary as a matter of urgency as this can simply be sent from The Mill, but for some reason The Mill seem unable or unwilling to send it. During several conversations with The Mill, the reception team appear very unhelpful and very curt in their reponse. If patients were like this, I'm sure they would have something to say about it. This is not the first time myself and my wife have experienced poor service from The Mill during our time with this practice.

    Realised on Easter Saturday that I hadn’t ordered a repeat prescription so completed application online through the NHS app. Hoping to get it by the end of the following week. It was delivered by Godalming Pharmacy Tuesday lunchtime and the copy was dated for Easter Monday so thank you to whoever was working on the bank holiday for the rapid response, much appreciated.
