Efficient service and excellent quick treatment ofmy infected wound. The nurse have amazing knowledge and are extremely helpful.

Always a long wait to be answered on the phone and the on-line system is not worth the effort as it rarely works. I do believe no actual GPs work there anymore as I have to wait for 2 weeks for a telephone call from a doctor for my condition. If I couldn't take the appointment day I would have to wait while she went on holiday! Apparently nobody else could help me? I always thought this surgery was the best, unfortunately since covid the GPs seem to have gone to ground. My dealings with all other staff has been good!

I had an appointment with the nurse, she listened to my other health issues and went above and beyond to get me reviewed. I was lucky to be seen on the same day by the assistant practitioner and even had my blood test taken. Both staff were kind, caring,helpful, and listened to my concerns and showed empathy. I also got a referral on the same day for further tests. Thank you both and continue with the good work.

Very efficient and very helpful best service I've had at the Mission practice in a long time She was a very nice lady and gave me a lot of advice and told me where to go to get help if needed and also put me in directions to make my life easier

Patient care from nurses are exemplary. They really do know how to look after patients. Treating me and my individual needs well. Talking to me with respect and showing kindness. Dedicating time, effort and patience. I always leave the practice with a smile on my face which usually lasts the whole day.

Recent health issues meant i have used the online system to email in my concerns . The GP call back, which was within 24 hours was helpful .I had an ECG at the practise and received a 24 hour ECG monitor in the post and the results were texted to me.Last year my high PSA was dealt with quickly by the doctor who saw me for an appointment and the resulting MRI meant i had a biopsy.All was OK .Last month i had my annual PSA blood test to monitor the prostate issue , the result was fine and was texted me

Quickest and smoothest smear test ever experienced. I was in the surgery less the 10minutes from point of registration. Keisha was so welcoming and friendly and made the whole experience so easy. A true professional thank you Keisha.

My visit was helped by a kind receptionist. She realised I was unwell when I went to practice to make an urgent appointment and offered me a cup of water. The doctor was sympathetic and professional trying to diagnose my needs. I was signposted to different paths in the surgery. One was the social prescriber who dealt with the social side of health. This service is an extra benefit to patients. The suggested community links, often that you’re not aware of can help improve your health.

At the start of a busy day and with transport difficulties the practitioner who saw me was generous, informative, and listened to my case history before making positive suggestions about future medication and general care. Thank you.

My gp and all the GPS I have seen are great and helpful and always send me to the hospital if needed and are great around my mental health. And nice and patient with me.the nurses are nice and the receptionists are helpful .they try yo fit u in where they can. I am happy with my care
