Did the online booking on Monday, no response, phone on Tuesday couldn't get through, emailed on Tuesday, no response, did online booking again on Wednesday, receive a text to say on waiting list will send appointment when they have one.

I could not book an appointment online. I waited in a telephone queue for more than an hour and call was not answered. Surgery Secretary was apathetic and said she knew the online system was not fit for purpose but this is how new management want to run it. Prescription request took over a week to issues to pharmacist. It made it unnecessarily very difficult to access day to day healthcare support. Having moved from London, I am shocked by how poorly this practise is run administratively.

I contacted the surgery at 8am to get an on the day appointment after being told I was 2nd in the queue and 20 minutes later I am still 2nd in the queue, eventually they answered and I was told they had no appointments left, I explained it was a kidney infection caused by a urine infection I was told someone would contact me within 24 hrs, not even offered a hub appointment.
