Best practice ever, professional and thorough, he goes beyond my expectation. As a mum of 5, I have been impressed by his attitude and knowledge. My son had flu and the doctor noticed he had quite severe acne on his forehead when his temperature was checked so he recommanded treatment for this not only the original illness why we were attended. We always have opportunity to see the GP because of their early morning walk in service. I know how difficult is to have appointment anywhere so this is a wonderful extra opportunity which make me feeling safe.

I attended the surgery on the 11/12/24 and was seen by a lady Locum Doctor at 7.30am as my usual Doctor was on holiday. I found her to be a very good listener very thorough and caring. She would be a definite asset to the Surgery.

GP did her job and prescribed treatment. Walk in practice for the first 20 patients means there is a big chance to see GP on the same day

Doctor was very kind and attentive, gave comprehensive instructions. There was no waiting time for consultation.

The Dr saw me ahead of my scheduled appointment time. Dr was thorough and provided a prompt action plan to assist with diagnosis. Very satisfied with the consultation

I have seen both nurses and a doctor at Mount field Medical today regarding a blood test and a long time term elbow pain. Experts at the practice were available, efficient and caring. I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism, and are confident when we are seen by the team. The wider administration team provides straight forward responses and can always be relied upon. We greatly value this practice.

Best doctor’s surgery in the area. Fantastic team and always accommodating, helpful and sympathetic. Couldn’t recommend more. I saw them this morning for a fairly urgent matter and was able to speak to them confidentially, and receive the treatment I needed all in a quick, professional and considerate manner.
