I had a positive experience with the doctor! It’s great that she communicated well and made everything easy to understand. Keeping an eye on my blood pressure and asthma regularly . I have follow-up in two weeks hopefully it goes just as well!

This has been my GP for over 20 years now. Good visit today. Saw my regular doctor in the morning walk in surgery. Friendly as usual, didn’t have to wait too long, examined me, promptly diagnosed me and issued a prescription. In and out in about 30 minutes. Very happy as usual.

Following to procedures, very welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff, great hospitality and advice. Doctors call a name of a patient clearly, waiting times are usually fast for a practice and very informative interior- posters, notices ect. Very calm atmosphere in general, Doctors also take into account of how a patient is feeling, primary care/secondary care referrals are quick and reliable, the inside of all rooms are very clean and comfortable, as when doctors were explaining what different levels of my blood test meant, explaining clearly the next course of action to support me.

The Mountfield Road surgery is a small GP practice in Finchley where my family and I have been patients for 30 years. The surgery offers an early morning walk in appointment system which is incredibly convenient. Both GP and nursing services are available, making it easy to get an appointment. The staff are knowledgeable And most health concerns are quickly resolved but for more serious issues they provide swift referral to the local hospital. In September 2024 I suffered difficulty with my breathing which was extremely frightening at the time. It has led to several visits to the GP and to the local hospital. I have been so well listen to, treated, and supported by the surgery. I am so grateful for thecare that this practice has provided for me in my time of need.

Have been with this practice for 15 years and I have been satisfied with their services from reception to the nurses, pharmacist and doctor. My experience yesterday was very soothing and calming with the nurse that did my checkup and took my blood test and by the time I finished with my doctor l was calm and comforted. Had to tell my doctor yesterday that "he is the best

Saw a doctor at this practice this morning to consult him about an ongoing problem Found him very caring and easy to talk to. All doctors and other staff first class!
