Ever since i joined this practice i have received an extremely good level of care. All members of staff are professional and kind and really care about their patients needs. Communication has always been professional and efficient. I recently had a baby by Caesarean section and ended up with an infection in the wound. After waiting at the hospital for 4 hours with little chance of being seen soon, i called up my GP who immediately saw me the same day and prescribed what i needed. The nurse I saw was lovely and dressed my wound carefully. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

The GP was very knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and listened well to my issue that was urgent. They were quick to review, advice and refer. As a result, my issue has been addressed. The reception staff were very helpful. Thank you very much for being my GP practice and the super brilliant work.

As I checked in, the waiting time was displayed and I had to wait for less than given time. I was properly heard by the Dr and remedy was suggest and or prescribed. Reception staff was new face for me but was very friendly.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the doctor was dismissive of my concerns. I waited for over an hour to see the doctor, and when I finally saw, rushed through the appointment and didn’t listen to me. I felt ignored and dismissed during my appointment. The doctor didn’t listen to my concerns, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. Avoid going to this clinic, least interested in spending time on patients, just prescribe medication and go away. No explanation, nothing.

Receptionist staff always very helpful and welcoming and they do their best to accommodate. I was seen by a Dr who was very professional and informative. Thank you everyone.

Terrible service from the time you call to make an appointment. Can not order repeat prescriptions via phone even though you don’t have time to go to the surgery because you are working or English is not your first language. Can not request online system over the phone. Receptionist are rude and talk over you. Never have appointments and when I had an appointment at 08:00hrs surgery did not open until 08:10ths and there was no apologies or explanation so was late get back to work. Need to look at how the practise runs and need people at the front desk that smile and make you feel welcomed and not ignore you int you say excuse me please I am standing here waiting to be acknowledged. Could be a good practise with the right people tuning it and admin staff do would not recommend it also not very clean in the reception area. To even speak to a doctor you have to go through the admin staff and they put the phone down on me even before I could say bye or ask anymore questions

From my experience I have found the staff from the mwh practice (Hounslow) including the GP’s, reception team, and the nurses to have very professional and show competent mannerism in each of their roles. Their energy and support that I have been lucky enough to encounter each time as a patient cannot be praised highly enough.
