After my prescription was sent (at my request) to my old pharmacy, I discovered that it has been closed permanently. The team at the Neaman Practice worked magic to get it returned, make time for a doctor to speak to me (in between home visits) and get it off to a new pharmacy before closing. The team were caring, responsive and followed up to make sure everything worked for me to collect my prescription. I can’t say enough about how good they were today!

I spoke with the receptionist who was very kind and caring and flexible surrounding appointment times for my son who had an asthma attack. I felt very grateful to her.

Review titled Warm and welcoming reception

I attended my GP practice today, and received a really warm welcome. The reception staff, and admin staff, were very engaging, caring, kind, and put me at ease. I was there for a smear test and a little bit nervous, but they were so welcoming and engaging. It really helped me not be too anxious. I wanted to thank the reception staff for being so warm and welcoming!

spoke to a receptionist 09/01/23 on the phone about problems with my prescriptions and he couldn't have been more helpful and even rang me back. Really nice to speak to someone so helpful when i've been having so much trouble with my prescription.

I had some blood tests to take and the nurse doing the blood work was brilliant! She was calm and professional and made me feel at ease. She drew the blood without any discomfort and made me relaxed as I was rather nervous.
