I recently visited the surgery to investigate a problem and the doctor was very knowledgeable and empathic offering advice on how to get better and also how to manage the issue until it resolves. 5 star service

For the 1st time at New Mill Street surgery have I had a poor experience where I felt patronised and not heard nor listened to. Any healthcare provider's education begins with communication skills. I have always felt lucky to be a patient at this practice until today.

I'm incredibly impressed by the new team of GP's here, the new attitude is amazing. In my last few appointments, the time taken by the team to understand my medical issues, reassure me and spend time to resolve the issues was wonderful. I really cannot speak highly enough about my last few visits.

The entire team made sure my drop in visit was successful. They offered suggestions, spoke with colleagues to troubleshoot and ultimately gave a great outcome. The very essence of care!

My GP took the time to solve a complex care issue that covered many areas of the NHS. The GP took complete ownership of the issue and ensured the patient’s needs were prioritised and the necessary action taken. I was very grateful for this support.

Professional prompt service every time. Great communication, treatment and results. Very lucky to be registered with this surgery given comments from family, friends and colleagues regarding their surgeries.

Reception desk has been very helpful and proactive in ensuring all my necessary vacinations are organised for an early appointment. When I attended my jab appointment, I unexpectedly had the nurse ensuring that I had not overlooked other testing or jabs that I qualified for and did a blood pressure test . I found them very friendly.
