Rated 5 stars out of 5

Just wanted to say that the Male Nurse at this practice is fantastic. I have seen him several times for various reasons and each and every time he has been polite, professional and courteous and gone out his way to help. He is a credit to this surgery.

Review titled Fantastic service!
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Kim Tonkinson - Posted on 16 May 2024
I called at 8am and got through to a lovely receptionist who made me an appointment with a nurse. The nurse was so thorough and didn’t push me out the door. She helped me with my problem and went above and beyond with what I expected from the appointment. A massive thank you to the Nile Practice, you’ve put my mind at ease and made me feel so much better.

Review titled Uncaring and unsympathetic service
Rated 1 star out of 5

Absolutely disgusting service, called for an Appointment but had to wait till 8am unable to pre book anything (great for workers not) finally spoke to the receptionist but as its 8am was speaking in the car on hands free as i was dropping my Children off at school (how embarrassing) and because I had two different symptoms I was advised to book 2 appointments (15 Minutes slots each) and was only in there 9 Minutes whatva waste of time, why don't they cater for working people, wonder if they understand that people have to work or do they think everyone is unemployed or elderly.
