    I used to dread coming to this place as I always found the reception staff a bit challenging to say the least, but this has changed recently. I have been in October and called in November and there is a new lady, and she is so helpful. I had a couple of queries she answered my questions professionally and politely and I have a tendency to rattle on and she was very patient and informative. Glad things are on the up finally.

    Dear Patient Thank you for your positive feedback. Staffing levels, up until recently, have been an issue. As you have mentioned in your review we have a number of new staff whom I hope you will find equally as helpful as the lady you encountered recently.     The GPs here are very good but the service linked to the surgery is very poor. Reception seems to be constantly understaffed and simple things like not having an email that I can find on the website are extremely annoying. If you have the patience of a saint this is a good GP surgery but I think there are lots of points that can be improved

    I am sorry that you have felt the need to complain. I agree that our reception team has been understaffed, something we have endeavoured to remedy over the last few months. I trust that you will see an improvement when you next need to access services from the practice.
