rang the pratice on friday said ring back monday.rang monday morning at 8 got through at 8.30 was full .said they can book mein for a weeks time or keep ringing every day .thiss is a disgrace.i am leaving this pratice.

Contacting reception is a nightmare and if you do manage to get through the receptionist is very arrogant and unhelpful in trying to help you get the correct medical care needed. Good luck you are going to need it.

Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback however anonymous feedback is difficult to investigate and address. We understand that our phones lines can be busy at times. We have recently changed our phone system to a much more efficient queueing system and this has had a massive impact on the waiting times and number of calls answered. In fact during the month of May we answered 10855 phone calls. As to your comment regarding the receptionist, they are trained in Care Navigation and follow strict guidelines from the Doctors to deal with patients queries and advise on the best medical care path for each patient. receptionist at the hlc site quite arrogant. No chance of seeing or speaking to a gp. Had to go to a & e.
