I want to say a massive thanks to the paediatric nurse and the GP who saw my son and I when he was unwell. I was so worried about him and thought that I should be giving him the antibiotics just in case. But both clinicians were so thorough that I felt really reassured that it should resolve by itself and save him all the side effects from the antibiotics, as well as the long term harms on his microbiome. As a doctor myself I have learnt from your care and communication. I hope I can use these skills myself. I was even more grateful that in these pressed times, we were still seen within a few hours of calling on 2 occasions. Thanks so much for being there for us when we needed you.

Very grateful to the doctor who called my partner on Tuesday and managed to get him an appointment to see the Nurse on the same day. She had a thorough check of him and said we should go to a&e. This turned out to be the right choice as we found out he had a serious infection and needed to stay in hospital for a few nights. An out of hours GP at a different surgery and a 111 assessment dismissed it as a viral infection and needed to wait it out. Thank you to the nurse’s care at Nunhead surgery for getting him the urgent help he needed.

Extremely helpful receptionists, all so polite, courteous, friendly and so efficient, I've seen a Dr and nurse and they were exactly the same! Overall a brilliant practice, highly recommended
