    Monday 22/7/24 Rang the surgery and after the nominal time on hold and being informed of position in queue, a very helpful receptionist answered, listened and offered me an appointment for that afternoon. Doctor seen on time and very helpful. I need to record this experience as a positive for the practice after my last visit.

    To day 4 July 24 Asked the receptionists on duty this morning, if or how I obtained a form or letter to verify my medical condition to enable me get free covid test kit. A strug of the shoulders and " we don't do that " was the answer, asked how I can obtain a kit "buy on line like we do" was the answer. Followed by " covid is only flu anyway. And the injections are waste of time too, In my opinion, don't have them anymore " I thanked her for her time a left. Think it was constant shoulders shrugging that did it and no " wait I will ask for you. If this Kind of attitude is tolerated from front of house staff, you as practice are in for a rough ride.

    The way anima is currently implemented will bring this surgery down when it comes to appointments I can understand not being able to access same day appointments when they're gone. However it seems when these go you can't book copd, asthma, followups or anything. To me this makes the practice the same as all the others; log on at 8 and pray instead of get on the phone and pray. It's a shame can't still use online request for non urgent follow up appointments

    Very poor pratice.Just to contact them takes over 30 min.When eventually contacted and asked to book an appointment with a doctor,they tell you they are able to talk to you about this next week.When you call next week they continue their efforts to get rid of you like you are a nuisanse not a patient registered with them.Shocking receptionist manners.And I am a cancer patient.I wonder how they treat people with "just" high blood pressure or a flue

By post please send a repeat slip in the post please note you most also nominate a Pharmacy to allow this to be sent electronic. Order through the NHS app. The app will need to be downloaded to your smart phone or tablet from iTunes App Store or Google Play. Information is available on http://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/the-nhs-app. Register for online access at the practice. Please call into reception to collect a registration form.     My husband is off work and had a telephone appointment yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon his work called and said he needed a sick note so I called the surgery and asked if I could collect one for him to be told that he would need to ring at 8am the following morning to make an appointment to request one. So he did as he was told only to be faced with someone telling him that he should have requested one on yesterdays appointment as it’s a wasted appointment today (yes we are both aware of that). His work didn’t call him until yesterday afternoon. Neither of us would ever waste an appointment. Please try to be a little bit more understanding.

    Rang the surgery 3 times between 1.55 and 2.05 to be told surgery closed and only open 8am to 6.30 pm. I believe 2pm is in those times. Don't expect to get through for at least 20 minutes bit be great if someone there. Am 80 had a nasty accident 8 weeks ago and still not able to see a doctor.

    Shocking telephone manner by the receptionist I spoke to. The most unhelpful person I have ever felt with in the NHS. Was told she basically did not care why I’m ringing up and she was not bothered about the manner she spoke to me in when I questioned this. 9:41 5/4/2023 phone call. Needs addressing and putting on a course of how to speak to the public.
