This is a great surgery - I am able to book appts with my chosen Doctor easily through the gp app and in an emergency i am able to call on the day and be seen if appropriate. The e-consult option on the website is also excellent and is always followed up either on the same day or next day. The staff at all levels are really helpful and my family have always felt listened to and supported. This is a great surgery.

Always kind helpful staff when I book ..Today I dealt with a lovely receptionist she made me feel so much happier about the situation and went out of her way too call me back too offer me an emergency apt for my 3 year old son best doctors in the area thankyou !

I attended today for the Flu Clinic and have to say what excellent service and brilliant organisation this was. All of the Staff were lovely, polite and caring, made the whole experience pleasant. Thank you to all of you

I’ve been attending the practice for sometime,truly blessed to have been seen by one GP. This not only provided consistency in care , but also patient participation in the plan and treatment of care.This gave reassurance , and allayed fears and anxiety during time of uncertainty. The GP is very professional, respectful ,calm and caring. The reception team is amazing “ calm in the face of busyness “, polite and friendly, and go beyond *****

Every encounter I have had with the surgery has been extremely positive. The staff are helpful, caring and professional. This includes all staff administrators and reception, as well as nursing and medical staff. My experience has only been positive.

I’ve only recently moved to Chingford and joined this surgery. The receptionists are all so polite and friendly. It’s very different to what I’ve experienced before. I am pregnant with my first child and they’ve been so so helpful at directing me to the right places and ensuring that I have what I need. A big thank you to all staff at Old Church. The doctor that I have been seeing has also been great, but I just want to give the reception staff a big shout out as they’re not always pleasant in most GP surgeries!
