Can you please explain to me why you now send us for blood tests at Tessa Jowell health centre or at Kings? Neither is easily accessible by public transport, are probably too far to walk for most of your patients and incur significant parking charges, or Lime bike hire costs. Today for example obtaining blood tests has cost me almost £10 in parking charges and has taken up over an hour and a half of my time so far and as yet I haven’t had my appointment. Secondly the app which has to be used is not user friendly, and most of the staff leave a lot to be desired on the customer service front. For example when I asked where I had to go when I arrived at Kings I was told to catch a bus at East Dulwich station. I cannot understand how it is cost effective to use a third party company to provide this service and why you let alone the end user should have to put up with such poor service. I am now standing in a queue at Kings because the information to go to Tessa Jowell was incorrect. It is chaos here and any suggestion of an appointment system is non existent. There must be 30 people waiting for blood tests. Our current Government wants us all to live within 15 minute towns. Walking to the surgery having my blood tests and walking home took up of 10 minutes of my time and cost nothing. It was also better for the environment.

I tried to call in today to get my child who is missing school seen about a very odd infection in her mouth. She cannot eat and has a fever. We were referred to filling a form online. You cannot get to see a doctor for an Ill child for days and everything is handled by an online portal which keeps resetting, guaranteeing that you lose patience and give up on seeking medical help. Awful. Please avoid this shambolic NHS practice at all costs. The NHS need to reset this place completely.

I am sorry that you have not been able to complete the online form. We do understand that IT can be wonderful when it works but very frustrating when it doesn't, which is why our receptionists are more than happy to complete the online form on behalf of patients who do not have internet access or who are experiencing difficulties in completing the form. We want to help you and your child so please call the surgery and ask to speak to me.

Saw a lovely GP yesterday , she was really caring, I felt listened to and she diagnosed my problem, just wanted to say thank you. Also must mention the lovely receptionist who has great customer service skills and empathy - sorry it will not allow me to name you but it begins with a K!

The care co-ordinator (name available on request) was a source of quiet calm, human warmth and personal likeabilty. Giving blood with him in charge was almost a pleasure. When I discover that this person will be in charge of my procedure I am very much put at ease.

Your receptioist is a wonderful asset . He has just been very helpful and explained a complicated procedure clearly and patiently. He is welcoming and patient. (apologies if this is a repeat - my previous review disappeared from the screen!)

I contacted the surgery online and was phoned back by a doctor before lunch on the same day. This is typical of my experience with the practice (although they don't guarantee this response rate), and so far I've found them very responsive with a high standard of care.
