Had no problem using the app for my appointment. Was left a message by nurse to say that someone would contact me which they did. Doctor arranged 2 appointments for me for the following 2 days. Had blood tests And saw GP the following day. GP was excellent, very thorough. Both nurses I saw for blood tests yesterday and today were very good and pleasant.

I visited my surgery this week, I had a blood test. I am petrified of needles!! I was fortunate to meet a nurse who took my blood, she was unbelievable! I didn't even know she took my blood, it was absolutely painless. She kept me chatting during the procedure. I also met the receptionist (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) she was talking to an elderly Gentleman. Her tone and conversation was so refreshing to listen to. I felt compelled to tell her my observation. This lady is also an amazing member of staff who is a credit to this surgery. Treat them well, they work very hard!!

My son submitted an online request on Monday to be told he needed a telephone appointment. He has tried every day this week to be told there are no telephone appointments or no appointments available. I dread to think how it would be had he needed more urgent treatment. A week later and he has still not been able to get an appointment. Very disappointing.

I have just been in for a routine check up with a practice nurse. She made me so comfortable and made sure I was well informed about what was happening. She also offered so great advice on another concern I had. What a fantastic member of the surgery's team.

A GP did not follow hygiene procedure and put unwashed finger into baby's mouth without permission and second GP was unhelpful and abrupt.

Using the online system was a complete breeze today. I had a response within 30 minutes and was seen later this morning. I could not be more impressed with the whole experience and would like to thank everyone for helping me so quickly.
