I was booked for the first appointment of the day, the nurse was late by over 25 mins, when querying if the appointment was happening with the receptionist I was greeted by the most aberrant behaviour - I asked for an update and got a very unhelpful response and then decided to shout me down. A very unprofessional response. Reported to the nurse as my blood pressure was through the roof! not good when attending for a blood pressure check. It wouldn't have taken much for the receptionist to say at 15 mins past appointment time that she was running late. (This was not my first issue with the om surgery and appointment punctuality by clinical staff).
