I found it difficult to repeat myself to the assistant. She explained she was new and still learning which helped ease my anxiety. She was very friendly and eventually understood and handled my query. Being treated by faces I know is very comforting and this also eases my anxiety.

I recently visited Orchard Surgery and had an exceptional experience. The doctor and staff were incredibly attentive, addressing my concerns with utmost care and professionalism. I felt welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. I'm very grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend Orchard Surgery to anyone seeking quality medical care.

I had my yearly diabetic review and found the nurse to be very knowledgeable and pleasant in manner, answering all my raised concerns. I would highly recommend my Doctors practice and generally all staff are of pleasant nature.

Great experience, quick response and service,nice and cooperative staff All staff is cooperative. I visited surgery and missed appointment while waiting. But when they came to knew they called me inside for appointment. I really appreciate

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The nurse who did a blood test was very professional and answered my questions. She was also very amenable. I only had to wait a couple of minutes in the waiting room. All in all, my experience, on this occasion, was extremely good.
