Needed a flu jab, booked easily at reception Came along and very well organised, in and out in five minutes! Thank you for providing a friendly service in these busy and difficult times.

Had a flu jab today at the orchard surgery. Very pleased with how it was organised. Check in worked well and no delays for the appointment time. The nurse was thorough and helpful.

Had gone for my Flu jab all very organised and also was a relief as could use weekend for getting my Flu jab. The nurse also was fast and polite

Flu jab appointment made (although long hold on phone) Lots of availability, and at the nearby surgery. Attended very slightly early, seen and jabbed straight away by friendly efficient staff

I haven't been totally the surgery fir a number of years, so it is hard to compare. To ask if would recommend the surgery to family and friends, I can't as none live in the area. The positive side was the waiting room was empty, the GP welcomed me and we had a good conversation without the pressure of being kicked out for their patient

I received a text message to book an appointment for flu jab. I used online service to make an appointment. The nurse explained which vaccination was being given. She Provided a guide regarding sude effects. Overall service was good.

this practice has been one of the best in my last 7 years in uk. Whether it's for an appointment or a referral they have been really quick and cooperative. Would recommend anyone to come here

The Doctors and staff at the Surgery are good and helpful. I have been with them for about 16 years. At my recent visit I saw the Doctor and the Physiotherapist. They both took their time to listen to me and ordered further investigations for my health problems.
