I have nothing but respect for the reception staff at the surgery. They are the front line with patients and they remain helpful and calm even with distressed and anxious patients. I attended the surgery today and my problem was addressed with professionalism and confidentiality. Thank you

I recently had to contact the surgery as I rarely need to attend. I was was dealt with promptly and had excellent service and management of my problem. I cannot recommend them enough and thank them for their caring service

I cannot fault this practice at all. On many times I have rang in the morning and had an appointment the same day which when you hear so many other places you don’t I will say they are very good. The only thing is they don’t do appointments online as far as I am aware or messaging online but I am not to bothered . I do like the fact I can request medication online and that gets delivered to my flat by local pharmacy. They were vry good with vaccinations I went in for a flu one last year and got a covid booster at the same time. You never have to wait a very long time to it’s a very nice practice

Receptionist who I spoke with on the phone and subsequently meeting her later was brilliant. Everything I asked was dealt with in a lovely,friendly and professional manner.

Having dealt with another surgery for my elderly mother this only makes it more apparent I leave this review. The Paddock Surgery is so helpful and the staff listen and empathise. They have a call back system which lets you keep your place in the telephone queue, not all surgeries have this. They don’t get cross if you pop in to ask a question, again others do. They are always trying their best to help and accommodate and get you the appropriate person for your appointment. The nurses, nurse practitioner, GPS I have seen have all been really helpful and given me their full attention and seem to genuinely care. Please take the time to highlight to them how much I value them all during such difficult times! Thanks so much to all at the surgery!

this surgery has no continuity of care, you can never get to see a dr, I have been with this practice just under a year and have only seen a dr once, I called in to make an appointment the receptionist was adamant there were no appointments until my husband told her I had cancer then she suddenly found 3 appointments but non with a dr. the surgery are taking on more new patients but it needs more drs. there in no communication between the surgery and outsourced health services regarding patient treatment How are health practioners supposed to treat patients when there is information missing from their files but wait there are not enough drs to be able to treat you so I guess it doesn't matter I would definitely Not recommend this practice
