Great staff and doctors . Good clean place with ample parking and chemist next door Had a good experience with junior doctor before meeting my doctor we had good chat about my problem and felt at ease with my conclusion

All doctors are really caring and understand my condition and are here to help me back to health. Very professional in knowledge and can give direction where I need to have any treatment. Very happy with surgery.

Was a bit delayed from the appointment start time to get to be seen as sadly there aren't enough GPs for the patients, but when I did get seen they were friendly and helpful in providing me a short term solution whilst also referring for long term investigation of my issue.

I can see you saw our Physician Associate who works under the supervision of our GP Partners. This means she may need to leave the room during the consultation to ask advice from the GPs to ensure you receive the most appropriate care. I had appointment at 11.00 with dr vaidiya,i was taken into a room by a student at 11.20,the student said the dr would be in shortly,after 30minutes i asked the student to get the doctor,10 minutes later still no doctor,i had to return to work by this time,never got seen by the doctor,unbelievable,my appointment was for mental health and serious on going medical issues,worst experience ive ever had at the doctors surgery.

Dear Scott, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, I would like to apologise for the negative experience you had when visiting the practice on Friday. I have spoken with Dr. Vaidya, and unfortunately there were two emergencies that she dealt with on Friday Morning that resulted in her clinic running late. I understand the inconvenience a late appointment causes, especially when you have other commitments already planned. As we are a medical school teaching practice, we do often have medical students who are with us to gain valuable experience. The student you saw on Friday was focusing on taking the history of each patient, before the patient is seen by the GP. Seeing a student is optional, and you should be given the chance to decline. Following your feedback, I will be asking the reception team to ensure they ask each patient if they are happy for a medical student to see them. If you still need to speak to a GP, please submit an online request via florey.accurx.com/p/P84045 or call reception if you need support doing this. Alternatively, Dr Vaidya sent you a text message on Friday that you will be able to reply to with a suitable time for her to call you. Kind regards Dan Hey - Practice Manager

Great to have text, had first call with a trainee, went really well, then the Dr, also went really well. Visit to see the physio and this was a great experience. All was really good, thank you

Had an appointment yesterday regarding my blood pressure, also about my earing problem, all my questions were answered and the Dr took the time to explain what was happening. Left the practice feeling more at ease.

Being a 88 year old I find that the staff treat me and my wife with great kindness and respect when we need help with our health issues we get it quickly

Gp listen to concerns and acted accordingly GP polite and showed empathy towards my concerns. Gp reassured myself about any concerns I had Reception staff friendly and are always very obliging. Will go tge extra mile where possible Over all a positive experience
