From the reception staff to the Nurse, HCA and GP, all interactions were positive and productive. Staff were attentive and supportive as well as respectful. A professional, cohesive and committed team. The surgery itself is well maintained with relevant leaflets and posters. An impressive board with pictures and introductory descriptions about all staff, which I found helpful. Thank you.

Our Care Co-ordinator Jenny takes a lot of pride in creating the displays in reception so I will be sure to pass on your comments. We try and update these monthly with different health awareness displays for our patients. Our bi-monthly Patient Participation Group meetings help ensure our patients can voice their feedback, and this is why we have implemented the meet the team display. I attended the practice very straight forward with booking in seen straight away the lovely lady taken my bloods and all done very quickly with care

The nurse was, as usual, totally efficient, polite and friendly. The receptionist was really helpful in ensuring that I did not miss my appointment, even though I was a little late arriving. The doctors are great and one of them saved my life many years ago by spotting a serious medical condition that had repeatedly been missed in my previous practice. I can't praise the surgery enough and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I recently had an in-person appointment with my GP to discuss a complicated medical query. My GP was extremely helpful and gave very sensible advice, then set the next steps in motion. I feel really pleased with the outcome. The receptionists were brilliant, going above and beyond to help the patients. I have been a patient of the practice for twenty years and it is the best and most patient-centred medical setting I have ever been in.
