Despite several attempts to book an appointment with a GP, the reception staff believe it's their right to deny you access to GP and NHS services. It doesn't matter when you call them, there are no appointments available and their primitive computer system only counts 14 days at a time and every available appointment is beyond the 14 days, making it impossible to get an actual appointment. Over the past several months I've had to rely on 111 and walk-in centres for my medical needs.

Trying to get appt here is impossible. Try getting through to reception not possible. Their own app now does not let you mske appointments . So basically useless.
