Yesterday I used my 30 minute break to ring the surgery. I started at queue position 19. 30 minutes later I was at position 9 so I gave up and went back to work. I filled in an econsult form only to get a message saying these are no longer in use, so why are they still on the site? Today after 1 hour and 30 minutes in the queue, the receptionist couldn't hear me. It is not possible for someone who works full time to call 111and wait for a call back or travel miles to a treatment centre. This is just totally unacceptable service.

They have a system econsult, I completed all questions, it informed me that a go would contact me within two days. Days later I received a text message asking me to call the surgery and arrange a appointment. I tried on numerous days only to be cut off due to being so busy. So I called into the surgery and explained only to be informed to ring the surgery. They cannot book you in at the surgery. In addition I had an appointment made for me then it was changed without being informed on the day I was requested to attend. This surgery is a total joke.
