I sent an online request for an appointment today and within 10 minutes I got a call back from reception offering me an appointment later that morning. The GP saw me on time..was brilliant... friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable and listened to what I had to say. I was very impressed by her.

The doctor who i saw today is a lovely doctor. He was very approachable, knowledgeable and informative. We had a good consultation where he explained things in detail and listened to everything I had to say about a complicated to explain set of symptoms. I would also like to thank the surgery for such prompt action on my request and getting me into the surgery this morning.

Recently I have had to visit the Dr Surgery on three unrelated occasions. On each occasion the GP listened & acted upon symptoms raised, I visited the hospital for a procedure & have been referred for a different visit - the DRs have each been empathetic, supportive & directed my care once diagnosis made.

Rapid call back after contacting the practice online. Got an appointment 2 hrs from my original contact. Doctor was considerate, polite and helpful. Can’t fault it.

Had a problem while sleeping,used Internet to consult with the surgery was phoned back with an appointment within 15 minutes, Saw the doctor he was very excellent and got to the cause of my problem efficiently and in a timely manner gave me a course of action which I followed and fed back ,I was very impressed with the whole experience.

The Dr I saw was very sympathetic to my concerns and listened to my explanation of the issues I had. He arranged further investigation and gave me immediate help to alleviate my symptoms

The Park Surgery on line triage appointment system was easy and convenient to complete. The response from the surgery was quick, the reception/appointment's operator 'phoned with an appointment. Was seen by a Doctor who had obviously fully read the telephone triage message and confirmed the reason for the consultation. A complete examination undertaken and the findings fully and reassuringly explained. Treatment options and health precautions agreed. A good experience from start to finish

Every attempt was made to meet my needs. They responded to my initial text very quickly, and sought out a solution even when they were unable to provide a service.
