At one of my daughters darkest health scares this surgery came to get rescue. Both reception and GP. There care consideration and empathy were second to none and the GP went out of his way to get the process sorted for her there and then. Cannot Thank them enough.

Wonderful work that has been done to the practice, my experience today was amazing from the receptionist to the main doctor who really looked after my health they spoke to me with respect and kindness

The doctor was kind and welcoming My visit was for myself and my 7 week old twins the doctor made sure she completed the checks required as quickly as she could to ensure the twins were comfortable and feeding was not prolonged

I had a poor visit and have spoken to the leader of the practice and he was very supportive and and helpful. On my second visit the doctor who looked after my son was genuinely fantastic. This lady was just great, I really wish the doctor with whom I had a poor experience to learn for her. The main doctor at the practice is very help and a great leader, he was sweeping the floor, this shows what a great he is! Thank you Penrhyn surgery!

Came at 8am with severe pain. Details taken. Triage done by 9.15am. Was seen by my GP at 10.10am. Tests arranged and prioritised. My blood was taken by 12.30 in the nearest health centre. X-ray to follow. I am pleased that the cause of my pain is so thoroughly investigated. I would not have received better treatment back home in Germany. Thank you so much.

The main female Dr who is Egyptian is a really wonderful doctor, she is always so knowledgeable and really explains things so that i can easily understand, and she is very sincere in her chatting manner, I’m a man who sometimes is not good at coming forward, but she gives me the confidence to talk about anything, it’s such a great relief to have her at my practice, on this visit she informed me so well, that i decided to take her advice with an advised medication and feel I’ve helped my health issue by her fantastic advice, i will always want to see her for every visit and I’m glad she’ll be there at the practice for many many years to come. She is an incredible asset to this practice and the NHS as a whole.

Really hard to get an appointment, long wait times on the phone and online form is rubbish. Tried to book an appointment online first which didn't work, so called and got told they couldn't book an appointment and I had to use online form (!!!) So I gave it another go, it worked that time and I then had to wait for someone to call me back to get an appointment. Why couldn't they just book the appointment when phoned? Finally got one booked for 2 weeks after I contacted them. Long wait times in the waiting room to be seen and not a very nice surgery. GP was fine but unable to diagnose so referred me for an X-ray. Waited nearly 3 weeks from having the X-ray with no call so I chased them. They had the results but just hadn't told me. The results were all clear but the receptionist refused to book a follow up appointment with GP. Just kept telling me I should go to A&E instead - all this time wasted. I think they just don't want people to book appointments. Can't recommend them. Going to change to another surgery.

The Doctors and team are so thoughtful, they really put your well being and Health at the top of their priority. The surgery is well equipped and been modelled to the highest standards. Some patients are so inconsiderate, A woman patient came in to the surgery with her bike across the nice floor left marks knowing you are not to bring bikes or pushchairs in they have a separate shed for this. She was asked to take the bike out politely, she just ignored him. The doctor was so upset he got the bucket and washed the floor once she finally went. So please anyone respect the good things people do including lovely places like this practice.

I called this morning and did not have to wait long before I spoke to someone. They listened to my request and told me someone would call me back later to arrange an appointment. They did and I was given a face to face appointment later that afternoon. The doctor spent time listening to my concerns and I left reassured. I was very pleased with the outcome.
