Today, I submitted an online consultation mentioning abnormal bleeding, abdominal pain, and lumps on my neck and breast. My request was denied under the Klinik Fair Use Policy for listing more than one issue. No link or guidance was provided to resubmit, leaving me to chase another slot tomorrow—slots that disappear in minutes and often are impossible to get for people who are at work and can stand with their phones at particular hour. Calling the surgery is equally inefficient; today, I was just 17th in line and couldn’t wait. Last time I waited to be only advised that I have to go and book... online. This policy delays urgent care. According to NHS guidelines, GP surgeries must provide reasonable access to services and prioritize patient safety. Symptoms such as mine, combined with a family history of cancer, should not be subjected to arbitrary delays caused by rigid systems. Instead of denying appointments outright, why not book for one issue and guide patients to address others in follow-ups? This would respect patient time and uphold the duty to provide accessible care. Please explain how I can rebook efficiently and how this policy supports NHS standards. As I don’t understand how my appointment being provided for one of my issues would have been unfair on other patients’ rights.

This is feedback for the Gp Surgery. It's very hard to contact the surgery. When I call, I have to listen to 1-2min of automated messages and then I reach the point where the automated voice tells me my query is not urgent and hangs up. I am directed to the klinik website. However, the klinik website is also not available at the time (10am). It turns out I can only call the surgery with my query between the hours of 11am and 2pm. Unfortunately I tried to use the klinik website at 2.55pm and it was again unavailable, telling me to come back on Monday 11am. It is outrageous that not only I've wasted all this time trying to get in touch, calling and trying to do it online, but also I've not been able to actually even ask my question to a real human being. We should be allowed to speak to someone either on the phone or online even if something isn't urgent - instead of the surgery blocking my queries with technology and having a Very Small Window of opportunity to get communication across. I am hopeful someone will read this feedback and improve communication with patients.

However, by way of clarification, kindly note Klinik is available between 11am and 2pm every working day except on Thursdays when it is open from 11am to 12pm, which will explain why you were unable to get through via Klinik at 2.55pm. I was seen promptly after explaining my issue on the phone, and with no delay on arrival. The doctor I saw was extremely professional, reassuring and explained his diagnosis clearly and succinctly. The staff answering the phones at the practice can be a bit brusque and are obviously under quite a lot of pressure, but the system allowing patients to wait in a virtual queue is very effective.

I recently had an excellent experience with my GP that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I arrived, the communication was clear and welcoming. The doctor was incredibly thorough in diagnosing my issue, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. After a careful assessment, they provided thoughtful health advice tailored to my needs and prescribed the appropriate treatment. I also appreciated the option for on-call requests, which made it easy to reach out for any follow-up questions. When necessary, the GP arranged a referral to a specialist, ensuring I received the best possible care. The support I received throughout the process was outstanding, and I was able to secure appropriate appointments without any hassle. Overall, I am very grateful for the attentive care and professionalism shown by my GP. Highly recommend!

Some of the reception staff need to go on a customer service course, they're just unnecessarily rude. I'm a very friendly person despite being ill. Often the women on reception don't even acknowledge you then when they finally do they act like they're doing you a favour rather than their job. This happened yet again today. It's a shame as this practice has worked hard to turn the service and reviews around and the first people you come across, the face of the practice are just letting you down. However, the young GP I saw today was excellent. I'd like to name her because she deserves the credit but the review won't allow it. She listened and did everything she could to help me. Very impressed by her and a credit to your practice.

Trying to get an urgent appointment. Waited in a long queue to get through on the phone at 8am. To be then told would need to wait for another call back to triage and see whether I would even be offered an appointment. I am still waiting 3.5 hours later for the call back. Tried to call back to see what's happening but there are 21 people in the queue before me. This seems like a ridiculous system, for someone in discomfort and in need of an urgent appointment or needing to know if they will even be offered one.

I filled out the online form asking for GP to call me / refer me when I back in the country. I have them the date I would be in UK. They texted and said I should book an in person appointment. I went to surge try to do this and they said they would call me. It’s like the song there’s a hole in my bucket - going round and round and round in circles

Rang this morning only to be told by the rude receptionist that the doctor will call by 9:20am. Why am I still sitting here waiting 3 hours later for the doctor to call me. This surgery is the worst place ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place on this earth.
