    I am a new patient and so far have found that reception staff are friendly and approachable. I have seen the 3 nurses so far and all were friendly. The Dr that I visited on the day was knowledgeable and understanding. In addition phones are answered in a timely manner and appointments to see Dr's are also allocated timely. I Should have moved surgery sooner. Keep up the good service.

    Recently attended the practice after recently registering. The staff were extremely helpful, I didn't have to wait to see the Health Care Assistant and got another appointment to see a GP the next day, Very accommodating and extremely helpful, definitely recommend this practice to others. Best in the area

    On August 3rd 2022 I called the practice for two reasons. Firstly, I was experiencing excruciating pain which I felt might be a pinched nerve. I wanted to make an appointment with the GP to get a medical opinion for my pain. Secondly, I wanted to also book an appointment with the nurse for my wife and myself in response to an invitation by the practice for our check up. When I called, I waited for 15 minutes to get someone to pick up the phone even though I was number one in the queue. When the person came on, they asked me to hold for a few seconds. When I finally got a chance to speak to the person, the tone, in my view was not pleasant. I indicated that I was waiting for 15 minutes and at least an apology could have been given for the lengthy wait. Instead of being courteous, the individual took a defensive approach. All I got was, 'what can I do for you'? without addressing the issue that I raised. Just when I was getting ready to discuss my reason for calling , the person hung up. I am outraged with this kind of behaviour towards patients and suggest more rigorous training be done to ensure that this behaviour does not persist.
