    Visited GP 3 times in April with severe cough, unable to get breath, called ambulance in the night was so bad. Feeling generally lousy. Brought along a sputum sample - but told not necessary, just tell me the colour. With hindsight and listening to experiences of others it seems I had whooping cough. As I understand this is a notifiable disease, but was not mentioned that I could have it, and at the very least should avoid contact with babies and pregnant women. Appalled by a total indifference to this communicable disease.

    My wife and I had another COVID vaccination.The team were very efficient and welcoming explaining the procedure when we arrived. The doctor was pleasant and quick, well organised and caring In and out in 5 minutes!!!

    Booked on patch with symptoms on Monday and same day got response to see GP and that was great.Got blood test and urine test next day and Doctor booked my appointment following week to discuss the results.

    Was seen half an hour late, no apology. I should have requested telephone consultation as I was literally only 5mins with the Doctor. No physical checks hence telephone consult would have sufficed. She was new to the practice, not a Pinn Medical Doctor..

    The Go was very tentative caring and thorough and showed empathy with my situation. The surgery was very prompt in issuing medication after consultation and arranging a follow up course of action

    Exceptional service from GP and staff. I am grateful for the attention given to my healthcare needs, follow up checks are prompt and thorough. Appointments are available on request and are usually within an acceptable time frame.

    Received invitation to book a Covid booster vaccination for those aged 75 +. The message was clear and the booking process smooth and easy, with good availability. On the day, the vaccination centre was extremely well run, staffed by a strong and friendly team of volunteers. I didn’t need to queue or wait and was in and out within minutes. The Pinn always has this process finely tuned. Well done and thank you to all involved.

    Today I met a new doctor and she was reassuring and informative about my blood pressure. I was rather worried but in the end it was okay. She put me at ease and completely relaxed.
