When I reported concern on my medical problem on Patch, Pinn Medical surgery quickly gave an appointment with Doctor who spent long time to discuss and find out my problem. Ask me to go through Blood test, Urine test and Faecal Immunochemical test strait away.

Although standard appointments can be protracted, more urgent ones are arranged quickly. Care is empathetic and the doctors are approachable.

Very impressed that I saw a doctor when I went to the Centre on Bank Holiday Monday. Unfortunately I had to make another appointment for today when the very nice receptionist filled in my Patchs request for me. It is greatly appreciated as I am not very competent on the computer.

I had contacted the Pinn with queries about a new treatment I had been prescribed. I used the online system to explain the questions I had and asked for a phone call or an in person appointment. Within a few hours I was offered an appointment a few days later with the doctor who had first suggested my new medication. He took time to talk me through my blood tests I had had recently and the proposed treatment. The appointment gave me confidence to start the treatment and I feel reassured that the Pinn will monitor my progress and be on hand if I experience any unexpected problems. Everyone in the building was great, thank you.

Delighted to be reviewed through Patches and to get apt same day. It was with a nurse practitioner who called in Dct for additional view. Result was clear advice and pain relief.

It feels as if the surgery has gone out of its way to avoid interacting with patients. The Patchs system is awful, unintuitive, and contradictory. It conflicts with the NHS app login, surgery reception are unable to help (allegedly) and the advice was to go on to Youtube to watch the instructional video. Sadly, I don't know when I'm going to be ill so it's hard to book an appointment in advance, if I can access the system. Its ridiculous that there's a booking frenzy when bookings open at 8am so chances are there are no spots available if you can get on.

Saw the GP today as suspected I had an ear/sinus infection starting. She checked everything and gave me suitable medication and I’m feeling better already.

Clearly a very busy and oversubscribed GP practice. However my last few interactions with them have been positive. I followed their process and was able to get appointments on the day for my kids. I arrived early and was seen on time. I didn't feel rushed and the last two GPs I saw very great with my kids. Thank you
