As I am registered with Pinn Medical Centre, in the last couple of years I’ve been visiting Pinn Medical Centre post an open bowel surgery. Everyone at the surgery has been very professional, cooperative and attentive. Whenever I’ve visited The Pinn Medical Centre, I’ve had a very positive experience. It doesn’t matter who had attended to me, everyone is receptive to what I’ve had to say. The Doctors have never made me feel rushed. They’ve taken time to listen to me. I feel very lucky to be registered with The Pinn Medical Centre when I hear that some of my friends haven’t had a good experience with their GP surgeries. Thank you for being there at the heart of the community.

Saw the GP last week after being unwell for 7 weeks fondly decided to contact them and was seen the same day! Amazing! But possibly because I’d been ill for so long. Really nice GP The only downside of this practice is having to navigate the Patch’s system which can be frustrating as it closes so quickly - the Pinn staff don’t like it either I think but stuck with it.

Called the Pinn immediately .upon my return from overseas as I had a reoccurrence of an infection. I was seen by a Doctor within 3 hours, who prescribed a course of antibiotics and arranged for tests to be conducted to determine the exact nature of the infection.

I did online consultation and was given same day face to face appointment. Doctor who saw me was very professional and caring. I have had difficulty getting appointments in past but once you get to see a medical professional they provide excellent service. Please try to provide more appointments.

I contacted the practice this morning via Patches and was given a same day appointment; confirmed by phone. The Dr was thorough and addressed all my concerns with a caring, professional manner. She checked my previous medical history appropriately and demonstrated expertise in the areas discussed. Her medical student was supervised and taught throughout and she was kind to check that I had the time to allow her to reinforce her student’s learning and practise. I was given helpful advice, medication and a physio appointment.
