I had a blood test at 11:45 on 02/02/2025 . At my arrival he went through my medical file and asked me questions about my general health and also about my medication and if I had any problems with them. I was weighed . He started taking blood samples. He was very professional and careful. Normally I am very stressful when giving blood but this time I was very relaxed. Overall I am very pleased .

The doctor who looked after me at this surgery went out her way to check up on me when I was very sick. She prescribed the medication I needed even though there were no appointments available which was really helpful.

I have had several contacts with the reception staff both on the phone and face to face. They are without fail welcoming, kind and helpful. I feel I can rely on them to do everything possible to help me, and in addition, they are kind and empathetic. I really appreciate the evidence I have been given.

My mother has been sick for the past week and we’ve been following all NHS guidelines and pharmacy first services. She cannot cope with otc treatments anymore because they’re doing nothing so I called the practice and the receptionist tells me that my mum is removed from their list. I asked her why but she doesn’t seem to know the reason How dare you remove a patient without at least sending them a letter first or calling them to check their status??! This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. What in the actual heck is wrong with you?

I am sorry that your mother was unable to access the care she needed due to a registration issue. As you have left your feedback anonymously, my team are unable to investigate this. Nonetheless, patients are generally removed from our list for one of two reasons - either they have registered at a new GP (you cannot have more than one NHS GP at the same time) or an NHS letter has been returned stating the patient no longer lives at the address we have on file. In both cases, the removal is handled directly by NHS England and would not be initiated by ourselves. I would encourage you to contact us on 02034746498, by walking into the practice, or online at https://thepracticeat188.webgp.com/ with your mother's details so we can look into this case in more depth and resolve it for you. I’ve just had a phone conversation with Dr.. It was really good experience. The Dr. talked to me very nice and listened to me carefully & with patient. Her advices are very helpful. Thank you so much I am happy with the practice centre & Staff & practitioners.
