I've recently switched to this GP and had a phone call appointment that was arranged quickly. The doctor was very accommodating, communicated very clearly and offered excellent support.

I’m a new patient and today I had some health problems and I was called the Practice 188 and I had the most amazing experience in my whole life with gp medical center at all. The reception assistant was very very kind and promised me a phone call from the emergency gp today and it’s happened . I think the gp spend extra time to find out my problem and take time to get every detail about my problems and ind the end I felt a very professional treatment and service as well. I’m so thankful and great full about their service and very happy to finally found a professional healthcare center. Thank you all for your excellent service and support. I feel so much better now !

The Doctor was very much helpful great understanding . She did everything to help, although I was in a very bad pain but she succeeded to raise my spirits very thankful to her.

I tried to make a doctors appointment by phone but was told there were no appointments and to fill out an online form and the Doctor would respond. The online form is not very helpful as it keeps trying to get the patient to contact NHS 111 which I didn’t need to do, so had to keep changing my answers to circumvent the form to actually speak to a GP. Once this was completed, the service got much better and the treatment started the next morning. The Doctor then contacted me by email and told me to attend the clinic first thing in the morning and collect sample bottles, take a sample and return it to the practice which I did. By that afternoon, the Dr H contacted me by phone and arranged an appointment for that same afternoon to put my mind at rest. Dr H was very kind and carried out a physical check. Doctor H actually found there to be other issues that I was not aware of and arranged for further tests to be carried out. She explained everything to me clearly and really helped to put my mind at ease. It is easy for a patient to self diagnose and worry themselves when a quick check over by their GP can quickly determine what the issue may be and steer the patient to the correct diagnosis and course of action. Dr H was very friendly and has now reduced my need to worry about my situation, so that I can now calmly carry on with my job and also find out what the real issue could be. She stressed that I should not worry and that, in itself, is a great mental and psychological help.

I was very impressed with the service I received today from the 188 Practice. I called to speak about my health issue I had, and the receptionist (male) offered a phone consultation with a doctor in an hour! The Doctor provided all care and help I needed ( prescribed necessary medication and suggested a review in 7 days). And in an hour or so the receptionist (female) called me and offered me a phone consultation appointment on convenient date and time. Extremely happy! Thank you so much!!

My experience at the particle with my son was very good ,the Dr very patient and kind to us she listened and understood our issues and what we were going through I will recommend anyone to go to the practice
