I am writing this review to express my appreciation for the HMC Feltham GP Surgery to which myself, my wife and our two kids have been registered for 4 years now. Since our registration at the surgery, the services they provide have improved considerably, and we always find it quite easy to book appointments with their reception team. We can usually get same-day appointments, and if not, the out-of-hours GP is always a viable option. The friendliness of the staff is another aspect where the GP surgery exceeds expectations. They went above and beyond to ensure that my wife received the best care possible in her time of need, and it was clear to me that the staff members were motivated by more than just their job to provide her with moral and psychological support. The fact that the personnel in the GP surgery have gone “the extra mile” for my wife cannot be stressed enough. I have to specifically express my gratitude to the GP who has always been accessible and open to talking to us about my wife’s condition. They also organised check-ups for her regularly and have prescribed the right medication for her. In summary, it is with great admiration and appreciation for the HMC Feltham GP Surgery and all its personnel that I give it my highest recommendation.

This team is responsive and efficient. In my opinion, these qualities do not extend to some of the GPs at the practice. I have been impressed and very pleased with the service from Reception and Admin over the last three weeks. Many thanks to this team

The health service computer system is unable to record my Covid vaccinations delivered outside England. Blocked from obtaining the seasonal jab, I sought advice from The Practice administrator. He investigated the problem without any delay or procrastination and within minutes produced a solution. It is such a rarity in any area these days to find a body who is attentive, knowledgeable, knows where to find the answer and actually puts into it action. He was perfectly clear and succinct in his explanation to me. Very professional. I was impressed.

As a patient with a long-term condition, I received very ineffective care that did not meet my medical needs. The health center is unable to offer treatments in a timely manner. Very often phones calls not answered, delayed email replies, difficult to get repeat prescriptions, unreasonably longer appointments to see a doctor, frequent cancelation of appointments on short notice, understaffed. Overall very poor quality standard of service.

Waited 4 weeks for GP appointment then when attended appointment had to wait 1 hour to be seen, appointment then rushed but GP was friendly
