A gentleman at reception was very helpful i missed the phone call from the GP twice and he was able to rectify this problem for me. He was also very friendly and approachable.

It was straightforward to set up and use. I got a call within a couple of hours and now have an appointment. All in all a positive experience. I will definitely use again in preference to bring in a long queue on the phone.

This morning I had an appointment with a nurse practitioner at NHS Feltham. I was warmly welcomed and well treated. I received an explanation of the process and was informed about when I would get the results. I was a bit nervous, at the beginning, about the procedure, but the good thing is that I was supported through it professionally and efficiently, which made me feel calm and comfortable. I wish you continued success. Thank you.

Today I have appointment wit Dr C....y,I wait my throat swab from July, from hospital they are lost my result, he when very unhelpful for make again the test, he told me "you are OK"i make private test because I still continue have pain and I have throat bacteria but he doesn't want make anything I complain him and I have other appointment,he can not be GP

I just had my diabetes and medication review and it was awesome The pharmacist who helped me was super smart and a nurse even showed me some new inhaler techniques I didn't know about. The receptionists are always so friendly and the doctors actually listen and care about what I have to say. All in all, it was a fantastic experience

Had today unpleasant situation with receptionist. Wanted to make an appointment according my blood test results but I couldn’t. The receptionist informed me that about blood test results I can talk to the doctor only in 2 weeks time! Not today because my results are good and doctor don’t want speak to me today????My blood results were not good and confirmed very serious illness!!!Who gave the receptionist the right to decide whose health issue is important or not. I called morning when appointments were still available! Finally I got appointment related to my illness which is connected with that blood test and the doctor straight away say oh you want talk about your blood test results. He was surprised why receptionist treated me that way, probably the time slot for appointments was reserved for more important pacjent.

I went to my GP practice today for blood test and took the opportunity to check my blood pressure which was high 186. The Clinical staff decided to keep me for ECG and straight away referred me to the Doctor on duty who decided to investigate further. Patient centred care is at heart of my GP practice. Medical staff are very good at looking after their patient . Amazing service .patients are always their priorities.

I require a essential medication for controlling epileptic fits and was not prescribed my essential prescription by the Dr as when I requested it to be sent to my chemist!!
