This has to be by far the worst GP practice in England. The amount of times a person needs to call to get an appointment is ridiculous. The wait times on the phones can easily exceed 1 hour and at times only for the call to be dropped when you are 'caller number 1'. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. I tried to make a telephone appointment and it took me 3 days to make one after a number of attempts and wasting time on hold only to get a call back. I wasn't able to accept the call in time literally missed it by a ring. I rang the GP surgery right back only to be 'caller number 8' and being on hold for 40 mins with the call dropping. Is it too much to expect the doctor to call back 1 more time? If this was an elderly person who managed to get an appointment but missed the call would they not care to try 1 more time? This is absolutely poor service and even poorer care for patients. When I rang the GP this morning again for the 4th day in a row the reception simply said we don't have any appointments. I requested that a message be sent to the doctor who rang me yesterday and I also told her my whole dilemma of trying to get this appointment and my time invested only to be simply told 'no can't send a message you have to make a whole new appointment.' I would appreciate an action be taken with this practice as this is not fair.

I must say that this visit to the practice was unbelievably good based on my past experiences. When you call the reception staff answers the calls immediately, makes every effort to understand you and book appointments with doctors. The doctor forgot to add a test in the blood test and when I spoke to the receptionist, she arranged to speak to the doctors and got that test added on the list of other test. The staff treats you with respect and dignity. Thank you for taking previous feedback on board and making the practice more approachable. Great staff at the reception desk.

I am very happy with the practice,Doctors, health profetionals,Farmacist,receptionists and admin team ,all the staff. I really feel I am in a safe hands and getting excellent service from all. Thank you all .

I have nothing but praise for this Practise. The Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this Practise to anyone thinking of joining. I am full of praise for what they do here.

Staff understanding is great. Speed to get me to roots of problems is fantastic. To reach medic advise is very good. Warm welcome at reception is best.

The receptionist I spoke to went above and beyond to get me an urgent telephone call with a doctor (that wasn't in 2 weeks time). She remained calm and listened as I cried down the phone and found it in her own personal kindness to go out of her way to help get me a phone appointment. I must admit not all phone calls are with the friendliest of receptionists, and some make your life miserable, but this one today reminded me there are enough kind people out there. I hope the universe repays her with kindness.

If you need to call the practice then forget it! They never answer and when you reach the front of the phone queue, the phone line drops. I’ve called the surgery while I was in reception and no one has picked up even though no receptionist was on the phone. If you are old or invalid and cannot get to the surgery to deal with matters in person than don’t bother registering here.

I've been a patient with this surgery for a couple of years now but it's only been this last year that I've needed them regularly. Every time I've received advice or treatment they've been brilliant, professional and caring also they're receptionist's are polite too. The only small negative I would mention is getting through on the phone is hard work but I think that's due to the amount of patients they have on their books because they are a very very competent practice.
