   Calling for someone else been on phone since 8.00. It’s now 9.36 not spoken to anyone. Calling on another phone position 7 for 15 mins now. Answerphone says book appointment via Dr Iq (not allowed to use all capitals -really) there is no option to do this. Absolutely disgusting service. Called my doctors last week at 8.00 had been in, seen and out by 9.00
