Review titled Worst place - do not register
Rated 1 star out of 5
by David Lennon - Posted on 05 December 2024
I have no idea who left these two five star reviews but they could not be more misleading. The project surgery is the reason I lost faith in the NHS. Staff at reception are rude and disrespectful and make everything convoluted and impossible. My last experience was the last straw and I went and registered somewhere else. Was made to wait outside in the cold despite having a temperature and asking to be allowed inside to sit down while I waited for the nurse. Save yourself the trouble. Just check out their 100+ reviews which consists almost entirely of one stars. There are a few five star people there and I feel bad for them that they are being tarred with the same brush.

Review titled Best GP in my life great service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Milon Mahmud - Posted on 15 November 2024
I was very sick and asked treatment from this GP on 14.11.2024.. This GP surgery provides excellent patient care with respect to diversity and equality. This GP doctor and staff are very helpful and kind to patients coming for treatment. They provide best possible and right service for me and my family members and believe same to the community. While due to sickness our emotional intelligence works less, the GP service still provides the right treatment and support without any delay. I am very happy and feel fortunate to get service from this GP.
