Review titled Really caring
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Sophie - Posted on 25 January 2024
Went to have baby vaccinated. Easy registration on arrival. Appointment was bang on time! Nurse was great at the injections. Unfortunately, my baby took a tumble, but the Dr offered to very carefully check baby and took time to explain what to look out for if baby became poorly. Very caring practice.

Review titled Bad communication
Rated 2 stars out of 5

I was calling to prescribe my medication and even repeated so they get it right and when I got to pharmacy to collect them they have ordered wrong items. That month I was already stressed and this made me stress even more. I am type 1 diabetes and it’s crucial to get it right the items I requested which was wrong 3 times in a row.

Review titled Great doctor, terrible admin
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 30 December 2023
Getting to actually speak with a doctor is an obstacle course. Once I saw a doctor, the referral process to a hospital went as it should. For god's sake, change the admin process. I hadn't contacted this surgery in four years, so I'm not a persistent patient, so the admin procedure here is a mess.

Review titled Forgotten about.
by Jasmine - Posted on 08 July 2024
I contacted Queens Road Peckham Partnership, and was told someone would call me back, I then spoke to them and they told me they would refer me to a specialist, but there is a wait time. I waited over a month and had not heard anything back - so I called again. They practice had no recollection of the call on their system and I had not been referred. They put me in touch with the DR to make the referral again. 3 weeks later I rang up to ask for an update on the referall. I was told I'd get a call back, I didn't. The next day I rang up again - They said the referall hadn't been processed, and they'd do it by the end of day. I rang back again the next day, the referall had still not been processed, so they did it whilst I was on the phone. This resulted in me waiting 6 months and 3 days until I was seen by the specialist. I don't even want to think about the amount of time I have wasted waiting in the call queues.

Review titled No appointments, no answer the call
Rated 1 star out of 5
by karyna - Posted on 14 March 2023
My son has pain in his ears, I tried to call the Gp since 8am exactly and the call is not completely, saying they are extremally busy. The receptionist answered the phone 3pm, didn't ask my sons age, just said " we don't have appointments, call 111.

Dear patient We are sorry that you found booking an appointment over the phone difficult for your son. Please review our home page to see how you can book appointments via your phone or compute utilising the two apps we gave available, the NHS App and the ask first app. We do promote this way of accessing appointments to minimise telephone traffic for those who can utilise booking of appointments online or via the aforementioned apps. Our homepage can be found at www.queensroadpartnership.co.uk. Please feel free to pop in to talk to one of our care navigators for further help and support if needed.

Dear Patient many thanks for your positive feedback. We have tried to stagger the release of appointments throughout the week to minimise the 8am rush for appointments. We have also adopted digital telephony to enhance our patient experience when booking appointments. We will be sure to pass your feedback to the rest of the team

Review titled Very bad practice
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Al Alamein - Posted on 27 February 2023
It became impossible to get an appointment. Online appointment booking is disabled, on the phone to get through in the morning impossible. Last two times when I was promised phone appointment at reception nobody called me and later they refused even to acknowledge that there was an appointment. To see GP in person is the notion of the remote past.

Dear Patient we are sorry you had difficulty getting ghrough on the phone. There are of course heightened pressures on the NHS and so with your GP being the first port of call this has created additional demand. However, our average call wait times have consistently been less than five minutes for many months. We were pleased to share this at our last Patient Participation Group meeting (which can be found here- https://www.queensroadpartnership.co.uk/pages/Patient-Participation-Group) We are keen to hear from you to solve why your online access is disabled to book an appointment. Please also review our home page (here- https://www.queensroadpartnership.co.uk/ ) to consider downloading the NHS App and/or Ask first app to access appointments. Look forward to hearing from you Queens Road
