  1. Review titled phone waiting time

I tried to contact with reception for extending sick note the waiting time is incredibly high , I was told 10 in the queue however, after 30 min I was 8 and it took me 40 min to still be number 8, after 2h I was number 1 and still 30 min number 1. I am asking how even can take so much long time from number 10 - 2h 30 min when I could finally ask something. Unbelievable.

Thank you so much for taking the trouble to tell us about this. We are so sorry you had such a long wait to talk to someone. It would be very helpful if you could tell our Customer Care team about what's happened, then they can investigate and try to improve things. Just email chcp.customercare@nhs.net. Thank you again.

  3. Review titled Very poor customer service, no way to get an appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

The customer service is extremely poor. When I rang exactly at 8:00 in the morning for an appointment and I had to wait ten minutes just to connect, while listening to the super annoying music which makes your blood boil, I was told I was caller number 10. After another ten minutes the receptionist picked up, said "Kingston Medical Centre " and then she hanged up on me before I could say anything. I tried ringing again but the line wasn't working. This is not the first time. Every time it is impossible to get an appointment, the receptionists often speak in a tone as if our life depends on them.
