Booking an appointment was easy, straightforward and allowed for flexibility. Doctor was professional, patient, welcoming and very helpful. I feel comfortable and safe in their care.

Appointment was on time The practitioner I saw was incredibly personable, understanding and calming as well as super professional and knowledgeable. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. It’s never a fun experience going to the GP but Quays Practice goes to every effort to provide a seamless experience.

I have just booked in for an appointment and I am so happy with it she made sure to give me all the little to big details I needed to know with patience and explained everything so well and made sure I left knowing every detail without making me feel uncomfortable nor scared

I had an appointment today with the practitioner over my ongoing problems. Today, I felt that I was listened to and have been given good advice. Today, I feel there is a plan in place to be followed-up with the right care.

The GP was very willing to listen and attentive. She explained to me very clearly about my case and gave very detailed instructions for me to deal with my health issues. I appreciate very much for her professiona services and will recommend her to my friends.

Salford medical practice is amazing, very attentive, always see you when needed and no waiting around or feeling like you’re health issues aren’t important. Every nurse i have had has been so lovely and kind. I visited today regarding a few health issues i had and my nurse was so reassuring and made me realise that these things were completely normal, she gave great advice and helped me understand my queries.

Staff are very welcoming and understanding, felt very comfortable at the practice. My appointment was easy to arrange, and I felt my problems were addressed with care.
