My wife & I attended the Covid & Flu vaccination walk in clinic on 5th October 2024 & I have to say that it was extremely well organised. My wife has dementia & very poor mobility but shortly after joining the queue we were taken through & had our jabs within a couple of minutes. Thank you to everyone involved in organising the day.

Was seen today at short notice by nurse practitioner after being advised by 111. The nurse was caring, listened and took her time with her assessment. She provided very helpful guidance and put me at ease. She is a credit to a very good surgery. Thank you.

Have wonderful things to say about this practice, great respect for doctors, nurses and admin staff- all of whom are helpful, kind , considerate and professional. It’s just that I have one prescription which has been completed and sent to the pharmacy which omits the details I request each time.( ie flavour of protein drink). I am required to have it by my hospital and it tastes awful but if I must, there are only 2 flavours which I find palatable. I am asked for these details, I provide them and yet, the GP dealing with it writes’ no flavour requested’. Small niggle I know but that shows how excellent the service is!

Most recent diabetes checkup, from a choice of date/time, my welcome from the receptionists at Red House, through to the clinical professional's care was, yet again, a first-class experience. The clinical professional has the knack of placing the patient at complete ease whilst working through several tests/checks. All patient questions are answered in a way that, as a person with limited medical understanding, one finds easy to take on board. The clinical professional ensured that before leaving the surgery, one was crystal clear as to follow-up actions. Red House staff have provided exemplary care over many years, a service that one is extremely grateful for. Sincere thanks.

Had a visit to Red House Surgery in Radlett today 12.04.2024 and I didn't spend more than 10 minutes waiting to be seen which in my opinion and past experiences with other GP's is very quick. Doctor was extremely helpful and on top of prescribing me medication for my blocked sinuses gave me a solid advice on how to treat blocked sinuses myself without medication.

Saw the paremedic today as a temp patient and found him to be very kind and reassuring to a 85 yr old who was anxious about her breathing. He was very kind and caring.

Last week I presented at the surgery with a knee issue and the receptionist suggested I could have an appointment with the physio and one was available the following day, which I took. The physio assessed and examined my knee and along with exercises suggested a knee XRay which I had that same day as a walk in at Barnet Hospital . ( this was incredibly efficient and I was booked in and X-ray performed within 15 mins ) Results were available 5 working days later . I booked a follow up appointment (But in 2 weeks time as I was not available next week ) However I got a call yesterday morning to ask if I could attend the as there had been a cancellation. Fortunately I was able to do so . I am so impressed that within 8 working days I have a diagnosis and plan of care going forward. The professionalism and kindness shown by the team at the Red House was second to none. Thank you .

On about 4 occasions in the last 6 weeks I either phoned or went directly to the surgery as I was feeling very unwell. Each time I was dealt with sympathetically and professionally by the receptionist who immediately enabled me to see whichever doctor was available. Several treatments were tried. The last doctor spent some considerable time examining me and advised me to see my cardiologist asap, resulting in my being sent to A&E for a pacemaker. Thank you to all who saw me at the Red House.

My 90 year old Mum had a nasty fall which resulted in trauma wounds to her legs. She attended the Red House where she was seen by a lovely nurse who was very knowledgeable on wounds. Over the course of a few weeks Mum's legs healed up and I think she saw all the nurses at the practice who were all very kind. A big thank you to you all for looking after Mum.
