  1. Review titled Very Condecending and non-caring

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 05 July 2024

I waited for a telephone appointment for 11 hours that I take for my wife. I take the calls as my wife has mental illness and is a housebound physically disabled brain cancer patient. She was having a mental health review a medication review and to be told the way forward with a multiple abnormal blood test. I waited for the call till 7pm on the 4th July 2014 as when the appointment was made your never given a time but on system online it did say it was an enhanced hours appointment an this could mean up to 7pm. I called this morning Friday the 5th to be told the doctor had transfered the appointment to somebody else but the receptionist didn't understand why, who or when, and asked if she could make another appointment next week? I said that it's not good enough as we had a carer in the day before needlessly and we needed the medication review as her prescribed drugs were on hold unable to order awaiting the review. My wife and I are also very worried about the result of the blood test that shows multiple abnormalities.

  2. Review titled Fixed my vertigo

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Elaine Marie Stephenson - Posted on 30 July 2024

I think the clinician solved my vertigo issues just by head manipulation technique. Well done I feel so much better. If anybody experiences a similar vertigo experiences ask for the clinican who I am not allowed to name to do his magic. I cannot believe that by moving the crystals in your inner ear can resolve such a awful feeling of vertigo. Thank you so much, praise where praise is due.

  3. Review titled Receptionists are awful to deal with

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 30 May 2024

Came into reception to check in for my appointment and was completely blanked by the two receptionists. Then when they did speak to me it was like I had done something wrong by turning up for an appointment. Always received great care from the doctors and nurses but the reception staff are so rude and entitled

I apologise if you fell that you were blanked by our receptionists. They do wear a headset and may have been on the telephone at the time. However, I will look into this further and I thank you for bringing it to our attention.

  4. Review titled Dreadful management of appointments

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 15 December 2023

E consult opens at 8am and closes as soon as they are at “capacity”. Having tried 3 times in one week to log a consultation request it seems that this window can be as short as 20 minutes. Absolutely no use to anyone who is ferrying kids around in the morning or who needs to be driving to work at that time. Only other alternative is to get a routine appointment- currently looking at January sometime for this. A real issue for people who need treatment before then but not so serious to class as an “emergency”. Realise that the practice needs to manage shortages somehow but this does not work.

Since we receiving this review we have changed our e-consult system to ANIMA. This has a larger capacity and opens at 7am until 3pm unless we reach capacity. We also have a duty doctor call system that if you feel an ANIMA is not the best way for you to contact us then you can request a Duty Doctor call. i hope this helps.
