    Just wanted to thank the reception/call handling staff and both the doctors who helped me this week. I was in tremendous pain following a fall that left me with a fractured rib, and I was desperate for help. I had been diagnosed by a hospital visit and a CT scan, and although the treatment was good and they did give me painkillers on discharge,my discomfort just got worse and worse .I had 2 telephone conversations with the doctors who called me back following my calls to reception and I got the pain relief I needed prescribed and collected on the same day. I am much more comfortable now and on the mend. Apologies for not remembering the doctor’s names, they were both excellent but I was so distracted with my problem. Thank you again for helping me.

    I been with the practice since 2004. I just wanted to take the time to show my appreciation. In that time I have had the best care possible, and despite the horrendous period of covid, it did not change the dynamics of the Ridgeway team. I have always been treated with kindness and empathy. The staff team is amazing this includes receptionist, nurse, and GPs. It is clear that they actually care. Appointment are prompt information is passed on quickly. It feels almost like they have been trained to be the best. In all my life my experience of being with a Gp practice. It is unusual to find such efficiency, friendliness, the GP are knowledgeable and always want to help. I hardly feel rushed at appointments, when I tell others of my experiences they find it rather strange, due to their own experiences with their practice. This is so say thank you for the patience and understanding over the years. My one request is despite the current state of the NHS please never change, continue to employ a staff team that will not let down your reputation. After all as humans we all want to be treated kindly. Thank you.

    I have been with this practice for over 10 years and they are by far the best practice. Always available to help and very thorough. Wish other practices followed them.

    good face to face time with a very pleasant medic who had time and patience to find out what was wrong, ask questions and do tests whilst explaining why in a conversational manner. So much better than a quick phone call. Luckily the receptionist recognised I needed to speak to someone that day and not in 3 weeks time
