   I wasn’t called today for my medication review and didn’t receive any communication to say it had been cancelled. Bit annoying as I was waiting 50 minutes for the call

   Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your call was made later than was expected, as a surgery generally we do not give out times for phone calls in case the clinician is running late. I have spoken with the lady that booked the appointment, she sends her apologies, in the future she will only give approx. times and explain this to the patient.
