   Overall Ive had good experiences with this practice. Unfortunately, I did have a negative experience when asking for a doctors note. She was dismissive of my illness and didn’t allow me to speak or explain my situation and cut the call before I could finish what I was saying.

   Myself and child were in the waiting area of the wrose branch the lady working the front desk was extremely rude to patients, too busy dunking food into drinks than helping anyone, my child even made a comment to say how how rude she was, front of house needs manners it’s letting the practice down
