   i had an appointment with the practice nurse unfortunately cancelled but had to hand in a blood pressure chart but had my blood pressure meds increased a few weeks ago which led to swollen feet and ankles i mentioned this to the receptionist who made note to have someone phone me which they did and have reverted my meds back to the original prescription all in all a great service thank you

   Dear Mr. Pym Whilst it was a shame your initial nurses appointment had to be cancelled it was good to hear that our staff all worked as a team in getting a good outcome for you. Practice Manager
