Had to phone surgery today the 18/11/24 to discuss my exemption certificate due to pharmacy saying its expired I'm a disabled diabetic and on diabetic medication after waiting 48mins I got a most ignorant woman and said can I help with a tone no hello and introduce practice which is unprofessional and if she worked for me she be looking for a new job Which sums up the unprofessional attitude of the receptionist they employ I had the misfortune of attending the saltaire practice recently and it was a good 5min for the receptionist even to acknowledge me and give the impression I was a burden as in what do you want tone perhaps sending your so called receptionist back to charm school and learning how to talk to people would be advantageous I explained to the ignorant person this morning what I wanted only to be meet with well you have to come to the surgery and pick up a form why ?? On earth do I need to do that?? Why can't she do that in a matter of fact she didn't even ask for any of my details it was a case of what do you want well you have to come to the surgery and put the phone down I point out that I'm disabled and getting to the surgery is a struggle Yes Cliffe Ave surgery is close but the question is does Cliffe Ave surgery still exist because everything is saltaire or windmill This has only happened when the 2 surgery merged which to me was a very big mistake They were on about saving money if that's the case why would you employed a Buissnes manger what sort of business is she drumming up This practice has gone down hill fast Oh by the way here is the address of a front line personnel training we're I've had to attend for customer service training they very good It's daf truck Eastern Bypass thame oxn so45 mins wasted talking to the most ignorant arrogant receptionist It be cheaper and quicker to go to a surgery Dissgusting service

Handed prescription to member of reception Saturday morning, went to collect medicine today no prescription so been misplaced or lost then when queried today at reception told to come at 18.15 to collect today as told by reception chemist would be open even though I questioned it closed at 6 got there at 18.15 was closed if medicine not in tommorow will probably come off medicine because I'm not paying to be taking tablets some days but not others

This is a poor practice went for a blood pressure check today HCA said I need to be reviewed by Dr blood pressure high went to reception got told it be back end of June and beginning of August and it wouldn't be at Cliffe avenue surgery it be at windmill iam disabled and have no transport its like Cliffe avenue surgery doesn't exist anymore since they merged with Saltaire I wouldn't care they put me on tablets which has strange side effects as in my stools are bright green and told hca this so iam back to square 1and the attitude is take it or leave it from reception so left it I just stop talking the meds and I just tell my cardiology Dr that my own Dr's have stuck 2 fingers up and iam OK Jack attitude Its other stuff like covid jabs and shingles jab they suppose to get back to me and they never did iam a diabetic and on immune busting drugs which they know and again they couldn't care so what's the point I might as well play Russian roulette with my health All you are at this practice is a number anthoer brick in the wall Theys no point in changing Dr's because they all the same as in how much money they can get from non essential stuff it was a good practice before it merged and its gone down hill ever since and I want to stand up and be counted not treat like I don't exist

I no longer feel confident in trusting the care from this practice. Trying to make contact is a challenge, if you ever try to have an opinion on your care/treatment you are shot down via reception such as today 15th April where a simple question about a message received was met with just a repeat of said message, a lie about a contact attempt and the phone call ended on zero confidence. Needless to say I am now convinced I should be looking for alternatives.

Currently stuck on indefinite hold, with no evidence that I am even in a queue. Windhill Green surgery is absolutely awful, if you can register anywhere else. Also terrible reception staff (at least one is outright rude, the others are just bad at being public facing). Please make formal complaints if you have complaints, this service needs to face the music (like I have for the last 30 minutes).

Called up as I was concerned about my child and it said I was second in the queue n then they put the phone down. This happened twice. So I had to ring 111 which didn’t even call back 😒😒😒
