    The overall standard of care has significantly dropped in recent years, with little regard for patient well-being. Now extremely disappointed with this surgery. The receptionists are often rude and unhelpful, making it difficult to get the care needed. The environment feels unwelcoming, the building is more like a barn than a medical practice. In terms of the recent care episode the surgery was dismissive, rude and uncaring. This is evidenced through answering the phone without a greeting, promising a call back and not calling back and then dire, unhelpful care from a medical professional at the practice. Would not recommend. Time to find another surgery.

    When ever you ring for an appointment or advice you can not get through. You do not publish your e-mail address so how do I contact you.

    Can't get an appointment when you need an appointment, can't get monthly medication without a review appointment and they expect you to jump the same day even though you have plans to do appointment . Also some of there receptionists have no customer service skills.
